I SURVIVED BOOK
GROUP
The I Survived Book Group is for children ages 8-12 and discusses books from Lauren Tarshis’s I Survived historical fiction series. Join us on Wednesday, February 24 at 6:00pm to virtually discuss I Survived the Children’s Blizzard, 1888. The group will discuss the story and then be shown some chilly STEM activities they can do from home!
Registration begins January 20. The first 10 children who register receive a free paperback copy of the book, which is theirs to keep as long as they participate in the discussion. Contact Katie Cardell at katiec@eastonpl.org or 610-258-7492 to sign up or for more information!
Thank You! From the Palmer Branch.
The Palmer Branch would like to thank everyone who participated in this year's Giving Tree. Things are certainly a little different this year so, needless to say, we are thrilled with the donations we received and are touched by the generosity of our community.
All donations will be used to make Family Fun Bags and given to families at Palmer and Tracy Elementary Schools.
Thank you for helping make things a little easier for so many of our local families, especially in these challenging times.
